Toolbars in Views

Each view includes a toolbar with icons and options to perform functions in that view.

Icon	Function	Supported in Views
	Synchronizes the Navigation and Detail views. See Synchronizing the Navigation and Details Views.	Navigation
	Refreshes the view to reflect the current state of the repository. Note: To reduce network traffic, avoid refreshing the Navigation view. Instead, select a lower-level folder or object and invoke the Refresh command, or refresh objects in a different view. See About Refreshing Objects and Views. 	Displays the Astoria Home Page. Note: An administrator can set the message that appears on the Home Page. See Setting Global Messages.	Browse
	Pins a Detail or Browse view. See About Pinned Views.	Details Browse
	Displays a menu for the view. Menu items may include: Details Thumbnails See Displaying Graphics Thumbnails in a Details View. Small Thumbnails Medium Thumbnails Large Thumbnails Quick Search Click to launch the Quick Search window. See Using Quick Search in a View. 	Clicking the down arrow displays a list of the most recently used objects from the Details view. If the Details view displays search results, the MRU list shows the criteria used to create the search results.	Details
	Move through multiple pages of list items.	Details
	Applies the presentation format to all objects of the selection type.	Details
	Clears a custom presentation. The default presentation will be used.	Details

	Filters a tabular view to eliminate rows that do not contain desired text. See Filtering Rows in Tabular Views.	Details Recent Activity My Shortcuts My Checkouts
	Minimizes the view. The view contents are no longer visible. Maximizes the view. The view occupies the entire Workbench window. Restores the view to its normal location and size after it has been minimized or maximized. See Minimizing or Maximizing a View. Note: The My Merge Changes view does not include a view toolbar.
