) display these property fields and options.
When available, the icon of the file type is displayed.
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the object. |
| Description | [Optional] A user-provided description of the object. |
| Ancestry | The hierarchical ancestry of the object. You can select objects from the ancestry tree for further action. |
| Created | The date and time when the object was created. |
| Version | The name of the object's version. If the object is not a structured document, then (latest) is displayed for the most recent version. |
| Revised | Shows the date and time when the object was last revised. |
| Revision Comment | Displays the Version Note from the last object revision. |
| Last Revisor | Shows the name of the user who last revised the object. |
| Check Out | If the object is checked out, displays the name of the user who has the object checked out and locked. |
| Since | If the object is checked out, shows the date and time when it was checked out. |
| Check Out Comment | If the object is checked out, shows the checkout comment if it was provided. When checked in, this information is used as the default Version Note. |
| Size | Displays the size of the object in KB and Bytes. |
| Dimensions | Displays the object's dimensions in pixels, if applicable. |
| System Id | Displays the system id of the object, if it exists. This property is visible only to administrators. |
| Pruning Policy | Specifies the pruning policy. See Unstructured File Pruning Policy. |
| Searchability | Indicates whether the object is searchable. See About Searchability. |
| Compression Policy | Indicates whether to compress file versions. See About Compression Policy. |
| Custom Attributes Tab | Click the Custom Attributes tab to open the Custom Attributes dialog for the object. See About Custom Attributes. |
