Managing Job Tickets

This section contains various tasks participants may perform on job tickets during a workflow.

About Job Tickets
A job ticket object represents a step in a job that is in progress.
Showing the Job Audience for a Job Ticket
You can generate a list of users who are notified that a job has been posted.
Accepting a Job
You can accept a job if you are a member of the Task Audience for a posted job, and the job has not been accepted by another user.
Assigning a Job
You can assign a job to a different user.
Resigning from a Job
You can resign from a job which is assigned to you.
Processing a Job
If you are a user in the Task Audience for a parallel workflow, when you have performed your assigned task, you can issue the Process Job command on your job ticket to complete the task.
Listing Tasks
An administrator can display a list of the tasks associated with a repository object that is the subject of a workflow.
Listing Job Ticket Objects
An administrator can list the objects that are associated with a job ticket.
Listing Jobs Assigned to the User
You can generate a list of jobs that have been assigned to you.
Listing Jobs Posted to the User
You can generate a list of jobs that have been posted to you.
Listing Jobs Submitted by the User
You can generate a list of jobs that you have submitted.
