Showing the Job Audience for a Job Ticket

You can generate a list of users who are notified that a job has been posted.

Select the job ticket object using one of these methods:
- In the Workbench Ribbon, select the Task tab, then generate a list of job tickets by issuing one of these commands:
  - Jobs Assigned to <User Name>
  - Jobs Posted to <User Name>
  - Jobs Submitted by <User Name>
  Select the job ticket of interest.
- In the Administration cabinet, expand the Jobs folder hierarchy to the level of the job ticket of interest and select it.
Right-click the job ticket of interest and select Task > Show Job Audience.

A list of users in the job audience appears.

For a standard workflow, if the job has been accepted by a member of the Task Audience, the list is empty.
For a parallel workflow, all Task Audience members are included in the list.
