An administrator can display a list of the tasks associated with a repository object that is the subject of a workflow.
- Navigate to and select the object (document, file, or Job Envelope flavored job ticket).
- Right-click the object and select .
A list of tasks associated with this object appears, including:
- State. For example, assigned.
- Due Date
- Accepter
Note: For Astoria releases 6.6 or previous, the
Accepter column displays the user ID number. In Release 6.7, an administrator or user can manually update the Presentation for this display to display the User Name (or reset the Presentation to the default settings). See
Creating or Editing a Presentation Rule. Remove the
Accepter column, then add the
Job Accepter column.
