You can assign a job to a different user.
- Right-click the job ticket and select .
An Assign Job webform appears. The user to whom the job ticket is currently assigned is displayed.
- Select a different user from the list.
- Optionally, enter information in the Log Entry field about the assignment.
- Click OK.
You are notified the job has been reassigned. An email notification is sent to the user to whom the job is now assigned.
