The repository must have target language cabinets for each language in the appropriate area of the repository to support translations.
Using Traditional Repository Cabinets
If you are not using the Release Management feature, you must create target language cabinets as children of the Cabinets icon (
) in the Navigation view. See Creating a Cabinet.
Using Release Management
Target language cabinets may already exist in the release if you seeded the release with baseline content that had been translated previously.
If you are using the Release Management feature and will be translating content from a release in Products area, if the target language cabinet does not already exist, Astoria will dynamically create target language cabinets in the release object (
) for each language you will translate into for that release.
