About the Astoria Reviewer Interface

Using the Astoria Reviewer interface, you can access and process workflow or other job tickets, or view repository objects and review and annotate structured documents or files.

The Astoria Reviewer interface is launched from the Astoria Landing Page. Using a browser, visit the landing page and click Launch Reviewer. See The Astoria Landing Page.

Enter your credentials to launch the Astoria Reviewer. A browser page opens to the Jobs Page. If any job tickets are assigned to you, they appear in the browser window. You can also view posted job tickets for which you are a member of the audience if your system is configured to display posted jobs.

To browse a structured document or file, click on a View Link in an email or job ticket, or paste the view link in the Reviewer browser address bar.

Note: To browse structured documents in the Reviewer interface, you must first select Browser for the View links with option in the User Settings dialog, accessed by clicking on the Astoria Landing Page or in the Astoria Reviewer. See Specifying User Settings.

• If you are viewing a structured document, the browser page opens to an HTML display of the document, including any annotations that have been attached to elements.
• If you are viewing a DITA map, you can click controls to move through the topics referenced by the map. See Reviewing a Map in the Browse View or Reviewer Interface.
• If you are viewing a file, the browser page opens to the file or to a link to access the file.

If your system has licensed the Oxygen WebApp application, authorized users can also edit structured documents in the HTML view by clicking the Edit File button (). See Oxygen WebApp Editor Overview.
