An administrator can hide the New User Registration link on the Astoria Landing Page in the web browser, and disable the New User Registration form display and New User Registration Apply form.
- Hide the New User Registration link on the Landing page.
- To disable the remaining New User Registration actions, in the Administration cabinet, navigate to the Messages folder, then Edit the landingPageMessages_ALL document, selecting the showNewUserRegistration message item, and in the Message String field, enter false.
- Click Checkin Document and provvide a Checkin note, then click OK.

New User Registitration forms are disabled. However, an administrator can still create a new user through the command. See
