An administrator must define one or more Audience Parameters
documents to ensure that Audience Role members (translation managers) will get email notifications (on start translation, and when the translation is imported) or when an invalid locale or package is detected for the job.
You can create a single Audience Parameters document in the
Administration cabinet that applies to all translation jobs in the repository, or create one at a cabinet or folder level to apply to project-level translation jobs. See

- Right-click the cabinet or folder where the document will be stored and select .
The Audience Parameters webform opens for editing.
- Enter a Name and optional Description for the document.
For example, enter the name Translation Audience Parameters.
- Enter three sets of parameters in the Job Audience Parameters repeat group.
- For the first parameter, under Job Audience Parameters, click New.
- In the Ticket Flavor area, move Job_Translation to the Present box.
- In the Email subject message name field, type jobTranslateSubject.
- In the Email body message name field, type jobTranslateBody.
- For Audience Role, select the role you created for translation managers. For example, select Translation Managers.
- Select the Send Email check box.
- Select the Post Job check box.
- Ensure the Assign to audience check box is cleared.
- For the second parameter, under Job Audience Parameters, click New.
- In the Ticket Flavor area, move Job_InvalidLocale to the Present box.
- In the Email subject message name field, type invalidLocaleSubject.
- In the Email body message name field, type invalidLocaleBody.
- For Audience Role, select the role you created for translation managers. For example, select Translation Managers.
- Select the Send Email check box.
- Select the Post Job check box.
- Ensure the Assign to audience check box is cleared.
- For the third parameter, under Job Audience Parameters, click New.
- In the Ticket Flavor area, move Job_InvalidPackage to the Present box.
- In the Email subject message name field, type invalidPackageSubject.
- In the Email body message name field, type invalidPackageBody.
- For Audience Role, select the role you created for translation managers. For example, select Translation Managers.
- Select the Send Email check box.
- Select the Post Job check box.
- Ensure the Assign to audience check box is cleared.
- Scroll to the top of the webform and click Create.
