Audience Parameters Document Fields

The Audience Parameters document is a webform specifying details for determining the audience for a job.

Administrators can create multiple Audience Parameters documents in various locations in the repository to define custom job audiences to support individual job requirements.

Job Audience Parameters

The Job Audience Parameters section of the webform is a repeat group. Values are defined in a message file in the Messages folder of the Administration cabinet unless otherwise specified. For each job ticket flavor in the box, these fields determine the job audience.
Field Description
Job Flavor This field affects only jobs associated with documents and elements. It is used to determine whether these parameters apply to the job. Only jobs whose documents and elements match this Job Flavor are affected by these parameters. A blank value indicates these parameters apply to jobs associated with all documents and elements.
Email subject message name The message key name for the subject of the email sent to the task audience.
Email body message name The message key name for the body of the email sent to the task audience.
Send email If selected, email is sent when the job is created.
Post Job If selected, job is posted when the job is created.
Assign to audience If selected, job is assigned to the audience when the job is created.
Audience Role The Role that defines this audience. List items are from the Role Definitions.

Scheduled Job Notification

The Scheduled Job Notification section is a repeat group. Settings here are optional. These fields define actions to take when scheduled jobs (that is, jobs with due dates) reach specific timeframes.

For each job ticket flavor in the box, these fields control the notification actions:
Field Description
When Job is Relative timeframe to the job due date. Options are:
  • about to be overdue
  • overdue
Hours Number of hours before or after the due date to cause this rule to take effect.
Job Accepter Email Subject The message key name for the subject of the email sent to the Job Accepter.
Job Accepter Email Body The message key name for the body of the email sent to the Job Accepter.
Job Audience Email Subject The message key name for the subject of the email sent to the Job Audience.
Job Audience Email Body The message key name for the body of the email sent to the Job Audience.
Reassign Job to The name of the user the job is reassigned to. The list items are from Users. If <unassign> is selected, the job is unassigned.
New Job Accepter Email Subject The message key name for the subject of the email sent to the New Job Accepter.
New Job Accepter Email Body The message key name for the body of the email sent to the New Job Accepter.
