My Shortcuts View

You can create shortcuts in the My Shortcuts view to quickly access objects you use frequently, without having to navigate to the objects using other methods.

A shortcut is a reference to the object, not the object itself. Shortcut icons are decorated with an angled arrow in the lower right corner (). For example, a shortcut to a folder looks like this: .See Filtering Rows in Tabular Views.

Shortcuts for each user are placed in the user's Shortcuts folder in the Administration cabinet's Users folder, and are visible only to the user.
