The DITA Toolkits folder contains DITA Open Toolkit files that have been imported into the repository.
First-level subfolders in the DITA Toolkits folder contain individual DITA-OT versions, each with associated subfolders and files for that version.
The DITA Toolkits folder and DITA-OT subfolders all have the ditaOTFolder flavor, which enables the Run DITA OT Integrator command. See Running the DITA OT Integrator Command.
