Updating a Group Definition

An administrator can update a group definition to change the name, description, and group membership.

  1. In The Navigation view, right-click the group to be updated and select Show Properties.
    The Group Properties dialog appears.
  2. Modify the group name or description if appropriate.
    Note: You cannot change the Group Type of an existing group.
  3. Modify the group membership if appropriate by adding or removing individual users or groups from the Present lists.
  4. Click OK.
The updated group definition is stored in the repository.
