You can run the Diagnostic Tool from an icon in the Workbench. If you are using the oXygen editor, you can also invoke the command from the Astoria menu.
- Issue the command using one of these methods:

Right-click the Astoria menu and select Run Diagnostic Tool. |
The
Astoria Diagnostic Tool dialog appears. Initially, the dialog window displays
Waiting.... When the diagnostic tests are complete, diagnostic output is written to the dialog window.
Note: If the user issuing the command is not a member of the com.lspeed.astoria.StructuredDocumentUpdateLicense group, the PUT database document test (at the bottom of the output) will report this as an error. This is expected behavior.
- Click Zip to save the information to a .zip file.
By default, the file is written to the system's desktop. However, you can change the location.
- Click
to dismiss the dialog.
