Importing a DITA-OT

An administrator can import a new DITA-OT version into the repository.

The DITA-OT version you want to import must be available to your system. You can import only one DITA-OT using this command. To import additional toolkits, issue the command again.

Right-click the DITA Toolkits folder in the Administration cabinet and select Administration > Import DITA-OT.
The Import DITA-OT dialog appears.
Click Browse, then navigate to and select the desired DITA-OT version from the local file system.
Enter a Name and optional Description for the imported folder.
The Name field must be prefixed with DITA-OT. Additional characters in the folder name can identify the DITA-OT version. For example, DITA-OT V2.5.
Click OK.

The selected DITA-OT version is imported into the folder.

You must execute the Run DITA-OT Integrator command after importing a DITA-OT. See Running the DITA OT Integrator Command. After running the DITA OT Integrator, you must restart the Workbench to utilize the new DITA-OT version.
