Configuring the Links on the Landing Page

An administrator can configure the Landing Page to show or hide any of the available icon links.

1. Copy the landingPageMessages_ALL webform in the Messages folder of the Administration cabinet.
   Important: Do not modify the Astoria-supplied message documents. Any changes you make are subject to being replaced the next time your system is upgraded. Instead, make a copy of the webform to customize for your organization.
2. Rename the copy, giving it a unique name for your organization.
   For example, [YourOrgName]landingPageMessages_ALL.
3. Right-click the webform copy and select File > Edit.
   The webform opens for editing. The Message Items area lists the available links. The initial value of the Message String fields in the webform is to show all of the links (true).
4. To hide a link, select the appropriate message key, and in the Message String field, replace the existing value with false.
5. To show a hidden link, select the appropriate message key, and in the Message String field, replace the existing value with true.
6. Scroll to the top (or bottom) of the webform and click Checkin Document.
7. When prompted, provide a checkin note indicating what was changed in the webform, then click OK.
