Prototypes are document templates that are copied when a user creates a new structured document in the Workbench. The Astoria-supplied Prototypes folder resides in the Administration cabinet.
The Prototypes folder should contain only Astoria-supplied templates. Your organization's document templates should be stored in other repository data cabinet folders.
