The Show History dialog shows version details about a selected element, and allows you to perform actions on element versions.
The Object field displays an element icon (
), then indicates the name of the element and its content. You can click Browse and navigate to and select a different element in the containing structured document, or select a different object.
The table contains a row for each version of the element that has been checked in. Columns indicate details about the versions, including when it was checked in or saved, who changed the object, the Version Note (if supplied), and any snapshot labels applied to the element's version.
The actions you can perform on an element version record are similar to those you can perform on a structured document version record. See Structured Document Show History Dialog.
- Click Lock Unit to display the version records for all locking units in the containing document of the element.
- Click Document to display the containing structured document's version records. A bold version record entry indicates that the element of interest changed in that version.
