For Single Effectivity conditional processes, specify effectivity values in the Effectivity section of the dialog.
Note: Single Effectivity processing is available only if the Astoria system has been configured for Single Effectivity.
You can specify effectivity values for conditional processes such as composing, exporting, translating, and creating filtered editions. The dialog for these processes includes an Effectivity section.
- Select the By Attribute check box.
The Effectivity section appears.
- Click Add or Add All to move values from the Available column to the Present column.
The values you move to the Present column control the elements that are included in the processing.
- Provide any additional specifications for the process, then click OK.
The process is submitted to Astoria for execution.
