Restoring a Deleted User

An administrator can restore a deleted user account to make it active again.

  1. In the Navigation view, right-click the All Users list and select File > List Deleted Items.
    A list of deleted users appears.
  2. Right-click the user to be restored and select File > Restore.
The deleted user account is moved back into the All Users list and is active.

After the account is restored, an administrator can update properties in the user account. For example, if the user account was disabled before it was deleted, clear the Account Disabled check box to enable the account again.
