- Select or multiselect the object(s) of interest.
- Right-click and select .
The
Reset Status dialog appears.
- If the Reset Workflow Status on Referenced Documents field appears, select an option.
This field appears only if the
application document's
Allow submitter to Set workflow status on referenced documents check box is selected. Options allow you to accept the default value specified in the
application document's
Set workflow status on referenced documents field (identified in the option list) or override the setting by selecting a different option. See
Setting Workflow Status on Documents Referenced by a Map.
- Click OK to confirm the request.
If your Astoria repository is configured for background workflow status changes, you will get an informational message indicating that the reset is queued but not yet performed.
Note: This command is executed in background unless Perform Change Status in foreground check box is selected in the application document.
When the request completes, Astoria removes the selected object(s) from the workflow. Any job tickets associated with the workflow are deleted. You will receive an email notification indicating the workflow status reset operation is complete.
