Requesting a User Registration

New users or others can request registration for a new Astoria repository user.

  1. On the Astoria Landing Page in your web browser (supplied by your administrator), click New User Registration.
    The New User Registration form appears.
  2. Enter a Login Name.
    The name by which this user logs in. In some organizations, this is an employee number.
  3. Enter a Name.
    The full name of the user.
  4. Enter a Description.
    A description of the user.
  5. Enter the user's Email address.
  6. Select the Language (or language/locale) for the user.
  7. Click Create.
A Job_Register job ticket is created and email is sent to the job audience users, notifying them that the job is posted to them.
