In some views you can select multiple objects in a view for subsequent action.
If the objects selected are all of the same type, most relevant commands are available. If you select multiple objects, or the objects selected are of different types, not all commands are supported.
Multiselect is not supported in the Navigation view. Multiselect is supported for these views:
- Details
- Recent Activity
- My Shortcuts
- My Checkouts
- Make active a view with multiple objects displayed.
- Select multiple objects in that view using one of these methods:

The status bar indicates the number of objects selected.
With the multiple list items highlighted, you can right-click and select an available action from the context menu, or invoke a command from the Workbench Ribbon or toolbar. If you multiselect objects in the Details view, you can drag and drop them to a new location in the Navigation view.
