You can examine all relationships of a structured document or file that were cloned during a branch operation or used as a seed into a release.
- Right-click a structured document or file in a release object and select .
A Details view displays a list clones of the selected structured document or file, and their ancestry. This command shows only clones of objects that were created directly. It does not show duplicate objects that are contained in second-generation releases (that is, when a release is branched to create a child release, then that child is branched to create a child release of the child release).
- If the containing release of the selected object was not branched, and there are no clones, the Details view indicates 0 children were loaded.
- If the containing release of the selected object was branched more than once, a row is displayed for the clone in each child release.
- Right-click a structured document or file in the regular cabinet and select .
A Details view shows if the object has been used as a seed into a release.
- If the object was used as a seed into a release, it will display the object and the Ancestry column will indicate the release and product location of the seed.
- If the object was not used as a seed, it will display 0 children were loaded.
