Configuring Options in WorldServer

Astoria's integration with WorldServer expects the presence of specific project settings and attributes that must be defined in the WorldServer application.

You don't have to use them as part of your translation workflow, but they must be defined.
Note: Consult with your vendor's account representative for details about these settings.
  1. Specify the list of Clients.
  2. Specify the list of Project Types.
  3. For each Project Type, specify these attributes and values by selecting Management > Administration > Customization.

    Internal (API) Name: invoiceReceiver
    Applicable Object Types: Project
    External (UI) Name: Invoice Receiver (or whatever you wish)
    Attribute Type: Text Field
    Selector Values: n/a
    preapproved
    Internal (API) Name: preapproved
    Applicable Object Types: Project
    External (UI) Name: Preapproved (or whatever you wish)
    Attribute Type: Selector
    Selector Values: (whatever you wish; typically Yes and No)
    reqValidation
    Internal (API) Name: reqValidation
    Applicable Object Types: Project
    External (UI) Name: Requires Validation (or whatever you wish)
    Attribute Type: Selector
    Selector Values: (whatever you wish; typically Yes and No)
    reference
    Internal (API) Name: reference
    Applicable Object Types: Project
    External (UI) Name: Reference Attachment (or whatever you wish)

    Note:
    • For each of these project attributes, the External (UI) Name can be whatever descriptive name you choose.
    • The choices (Selector Values) for the three Selector attributes can be whatever values you want.
