Configuring Inclusion of a Root Element Attribute for Snapshot Label

An administrator can configure DITA-OT output to include a root element attribute with the name of a snapshot label specified in the composition job.

The astC:snapshot attribute enables you to tailor override XSL to utilize the snapshot name in the composition process.
Run the setIncludeOTSnapshotAttribute.py administrator script.
The script can enable or disable support for DITA-OT XML exported from Astoria to contain a root element attribute with the snapshot label specified.
For example, if a DITA map was composed using the snapshot label foo, the bookmap element supplied to the DITA-OT would look like this:

<bookmap importance="low" id="205" xmlns:astC="http://www.astoriasoftware.com/compose" astC:snapshot="foo">
