The shortcode identifies the default Project Type that is defined in the GlobalLink Enterprise TMS application, which is a collection of business logic (for example, workflows, users, languages) to apply when a translation package flows into GlobalLink Enterprise TMS. If more than one Project Type is defined in GlobalLink Enterprise TMS, the Start Translation dialog allows the user to select a different Project Type value instead of the default.
Note: This step requires consultation with a GlobalLink Enterprise Solution Engineer to set correctly.
Select a default Submission Claim Level from the associated drop-down display. Also, select whether or not Submitter can override Claim Level.
- Enter values for GlobalLink Enterprise TMS classifier and mime types for XML documents and for non-XML files.
- A classifier is a shorthand designation that maps to a set of parser rules in GlobalLink Enterprise TMS. There's one classifier for XML documents and another classifier for non-XML files.
- A mime type is an unambiguous media-type designation (maintained by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority) to ensure that GlobalLink Enterprise TMS understands what kind of files are in the package without relying on vendor-specific file extensions or naming conventions. There's one mime type for XML files and another mime type for non-XML files.
- Scroll to the top (or bottom) of the webform and click Checkin Document.
- When prompted, provide a checkin note indicating what was changed in the webform, then click OK.
