Personalizing or Globalizing a Presentation Rule or Presentation

An individual user can personalize a presentation rule or presentation. An administrator can globalize a presentation rule or presentation to make it the global system default.

Individual users can personalize a global presentation rule or presentation by selecting the item and clicking Personalize. A new row appears in the table and the user can edit the rule or presentation. The icon appears in the first column of the row. That rule or presentation definition applies only to the user making the change.

An administrator can globalize a personalized presentation rule or presentation by selecting the item and clicking Globalize. The icon appears in the first column of the row. That rule or presentation definition becomes the global system default.
