You can perform multiple actions on objects that appear in various views.
The action is performed on the actual repository object, regardless of what view you access it from. For example:
- Select a folder icon in the Navigation view. A Details view appears listing the objects in the folder. You can then select objects in the Details view and perform actions on them.
- Populate a Details view with search results, then invoke commands on selected objects returned by the search.
- Turn on breadcrumbs in a view, then select an object in the breadcrumbs hierarchy and invoke commands on it.
- Select an object in the Recent Activity view, then invoke commands on it.
To invoke commands, use the context menu, the Workbench Ribbon, or the Workbench Toolbar.
